EXILE to Heat Up the Marathon with Official Image Song

This year's official image song, "POWER OF WISH (One step ahead Version feat. DOBERMAN INFINITY)," was written for the marathon because the optimistic theme of the Tokyo Marathon 2023 -- a theme of each and every person taking one step at a time forward, in their own way, even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic -- as encapsulated in the event's message, "ONE STEP AHEAD," resonated with EXILE's desire to share the power of wishes and make it through these troubling times together, a desire EXILE feels for the future of all of Japan.
Together with runners, volunteers and supporters, staff and EXILE, let's keep steadily moving forward to provide people with the joy of running and what lies beyond it through the Tokyo Marathon 2023.

Message from Kenchi Tachibana, on behalf of EXILE

We have recently had the honor of writing "POWER OF WISH (One step ahead Version feat. DOBERMAN INFINITY)." Every day, I also enjoy physical training, running, and taking inventory of myself, though I've never run in a marathon.
I hope that everyone who takes part in the Tokyo Marathon 2023 will listen to this song and feel passion in their hearts as they run the 42.195 km of the marathon.

Design Concept

In March 2022, we came together to hold the first in-person Tokyo Marathon in two years, with the slogan "The Day We Unite."
Now, runners, volunteers, spectators and supporters all have their eyes set on the event's next theme, "ONE STEP AHEAD."
This design symbolizes how each and every person enthusiastically advances step by step, in their own unique way.
The Tokyo Marathon is also steadily moving forward to provide people with the joy of running and what lies beyond it.

Power of wish
We are the stars
Here comes
The power of wish

Power of wish

Through your stereo

Power of wish
We are the stars
Here comes
The power of wish

Power of wish

Power of wish
We are the stars
Here comes
The power of wish

Power of wish

We on the way!
One step ahead One step ahead
One step ahead

Power of wish
We are the stars
Here comes
The power of wish

Power of wish
