From these heartfelt submissions, 10 individuals whose stories most beautifully embody the spirit of “connection” will be awarded a race entry to the milestone 20th edition of the Tokyo Marathon in 2027, courtesy of our official partners. -

This virtual event, in which participants from all over the world could participate via a running app, was held in two categories: an "individual category” in which participants completed 42.195 km in a single activity, and a "pair category” in which each member completed 42.195 km by accumulating the results of multiple activities.
