Marcel Hug and Susannah Scaroni continued to exert their dominance on wheelchair racing after they both delivered in style to win the TCS New York City Marathon.

Hug and Scaroni had already wrapped up the Abbott WMM Elite Series after winning in Chicago and the pair crowned their respective seasons with crushing wins in New York.

For Hug, the win was his seventh in New York and his sixth in succession this season, having won each Major since Boston in the spring.
