Tokyo Marathon Friendship Run 2026

We will host a Fun Run event of approximately 5km with the aim of welcoming runners from overseas, fostering interaction among domestic and international runners, and strengthening unity.
Let's enjoy the Fun Run 5km together, embracing the theme of the Tokyo Marathon, “The Day We Unite.”

  The event will be organized into groups.

  • ・Group 1: Reception: From 09:00 Opening: From 09:45Start: 10:00 Finish: 10:30
  • ・Group 2: Reception: From 10:30 Opening: From 11:15Start: 11:30 Finish: 12:00
  • ・Group 3: Reception: From 12:00 Opening: From 12:45Start: 13:00 Finish: 13:30

• Eligibility

  Participants must be at least 12 years old on race day. Must be able to complete 5 km within 30 minutes.
  Runners under 18 must have parental/legal guardian consent.

• Event Format

  Fun Run (5km) 【COURSE MAP (Tentative)】
  *No official time records will be taken.

• Capacity

  Group 1: 700 Runners
  Group 2: 600 Runners
  Group 3: 500 Runners
  (Total Capacity: 1,800 Runners)

• Event Fee (for overseas residents)

  9,900 JPY (per person, incl. tax)
  ＊Applications for multiple groups are not permitted.
