The elite race of the Tokyo Marathon 2026, scheduled for Sunday, March 1, 2026, will be broadcast in 115 countries and territories worldwide.

The race is scheduled to be aired by major broadcasters including Flo Sports (Canada, United States), Eurosport (62 countries and territories), ASTRO (Malaysia), Great Sports Media (China, excluding Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong)and ESPN International (49 countries and territories).
