Join our plogging event and show your appreciation for the city of Tokyo!
On the day before Tokyo Marathon 2026, we will hold a plogging event—picking up trash (PlockaUpp) × jogging (Jogging)—in Asakusa, one of the iconic spots along the course!
The Tokyo Marathon is made possible not only by the runners but also by the dedicated staff, volunteers, and the people of Tokyo.
Let’s express our gratitude to the city by jogging while cleaning up the streets!

Date: February 28  (Saturday)
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.

Registration Office: Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center 5F (2-Chome, Kaminarimon, Taito-ku of Tokyo, 18th number 9)
Event Area: Asakusa and its surroundings
Entry Fee: Free of charge
Participants: Up to 120 participants on first-come, first-served basis
Organizer: Tokyo Marathon Foundation
