Exhibitor Information

We are broadly seeking exhibitors involved in running-related businesses, city promotion through running, or those offering products, services, or publications beneficial to participating runners and event attendees.
We are looking forward to the participation from the various genres of the enterprises and groups of that can entertain each visitor regardless of age, gender, nationality, etc.

Start of Application

Application Period

• 1st　October 20 (Mon.), 2025, 11:59 p.m. (JST)

  Booth locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis depending on booth size.

• 2nd　November 14 (Fri.), 2025, 11:59 p.m. (JST)

  Booth locations cannot be selected. Booth locations will be proposed by the Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2026 Office.
  

  Applications will close once the planned number of booths is reached, regardless of the application period.

Exhibitors Meeting

Late November to early December

Exhibitors meeting will be held online in Japanese language only.

EXHIBITION GUIDELINES

It will be posted in August or later.

EXHIBIT FEE

1 or 2 Booths: ¥770,000 (tax included) per booth

Includes basic booth equipment, one meeting table, and two chairs per booth.

3 Booths: Not accepted due to layout constraints.

4 or More Booths: ¥660,000 (tax included) per booth

Booth Size: 1 booth = 3 m X 3 m (9 m²)
Please refer to the exhibitor guidelines for details on basic booth equipment.

The maximum number of booths per exhibitor is 16.

To ensure visitors can enjoy a variety of booths, 16-booth reservations are limited to three companies.
