We are pleased to introduce the designs of Tokyo Marathon 2023 medals for marathon finishers and related events participants.

The base design of these medals features elements that have been established as the symbols of the Tokyo Marathon placed around the perimeter to express the lively atmosphere of marathon runners, along with respective event logos at the center.
　
The back of the finisher medal is engraved with the date of the event, course map, and Tokyo Marathon 2023's slogan "ONE STEP AHEAD." This design symbolizes how each and every person enthusiastically advances step by step, in their own unique way.
